We design layered schemes that uplight palms, graze textured walls, mark paths and steps, and create warm pockets for dining and lounging, avoiding the glare and light spill that ruin so many installations. Every fitting is low-voltage LED, IP65-rated or better, with marine-grade brass or stainless housings that shrug off salt air, dust and 50Β°C heat. Systems are controlled by timers, dimmers or your smart-home app. Installation includes cabling, transformers and a night-time focusing session so every beam lands exactly where it should.
Lighting is the last layer of a garden and the one most often done badly. Floodlights create glare and harsh shadows, solar stakes fade after one summer, and light spill annoys neighbours. Good design works the other way around. It lights the objects you want to see, palms, feature walls, a fountain, and leaves the source hidden, so the eye reads a composition rather than a row of bulbs.
We think in layers: accent lighting for drama, path and step lighting for safety, and soft ambient light where people sit. Warm colour temperatures flatter stone and planting and feel welcoming, while cooler whites are reserved for water where they add sparkle. Because we install the landscape as well, cabling is planned before paving and planting go in, which means clean installations with no exposed wires or surface conduits.

How we deliver this service
Evening site visit
We walk the garden at dusk to see sightlines, key features and dark spots, and discuss how you use the space at night.
Lighting design
You receive a plan showing each fitting, its purpose and its effect, plus a fixed quotation and fitting samples.
Installation
Cables are run discreetly, transformers positioned safely and fittings installed and sealed by our electricians.
Night aiming and handover
We return after dark to aim and dim every fitting, set timers or app scenes, and hand over with full documentation.
Questions about this service
Solid brass or 316 stainless steel fittings with IP65 or IP67 ratings, fully sealed LED modules and UV-stable cabling. Cheap aluminium and plastic lights corrode and fade within a couple of summers, especially near the coast. We only specify fittings we have seen last here.
